For me, the goal was never just about losing weight. I wanted to get stronger, improve my fitness, and get back to doing the things I enjoyed most.

Since joining Vision PT Concord, I've lost 11kg of body fat, built muscle, and feel fitter than I have in years. The biggest win has been getting back into running properly. I've completed the HOKA Half Marathon in both 2025 and 2026, and I'm now preparing to take on a full marathon later this year.

What surprised me most was how much strength training improved my running. Not only do I feel stronger and more resilient, but I'm recovering better, moving better, and enjoying my training more than ever.

The coaches have helped me stay consistent through busy periods, adjust the plan when needed, and keep progressing without burning out. Having that support has made a huge difference.

It's easy to think you need to be fit before starting something like this, but the reality is you just need to start. Looking back, I'm glad I did.
