I always felt like the odd person out in my group of friends, realising this I started to suffer from anxiety and was feeling depressed. My weight was affecting my life and I needed to change.
Since I started with my Trainer Cameron at Vision Personal Training Gymea, I have become a new person. It has changed my life. Being only 14 years old, I was embarrassed at first but everyone at Vision have made me feel at home, with the Vision family I have a great support system. I am really excited to continue my journey with Vision Personal Training Gymea.
