The breakdown of change doesn't require to be complex, simply the more touch points with your trainer and the more times you move per week the better your result will be.
Once the result is achieved it is the most exciting time, but also the most dangerous.
I say that due to the fact that people often forget what they have done in order to gain their desired result and let old habits slip back in and as a result end up back where they were upon enquiring initially to seek help.
