With a combined 24 years in the Vision Personal Training network, Hayden and Christian bring extensive experience in personal training, leadership and coaching to Vision Personal Training Mosman. Christian is the owner of the award-winning Vision Personal Training St Ives studio, where Hayden spent eight years progressing from Personal Trainer through to Studio Manager. Throughout Hayden’s career, he has built an award-winning team and developed a number of nationally award-winning Personal Trainers.
