Welcome to the team, Taylah and Nathan!

We are excited to have two new superstar trainers join our Templestowe Team and we know they are going to be a huge asset to the studio!

So lets get to know them a bit!


Favourite Exercise?
Taylah: Barbell squats - a great exercise that activates several muscle groups
Nathan: Footy - I love team sports and have been playing them all my life

Favourite Food:
Taylah: Salt and Pepper Calamari - even better with some lemon juice!
Nathan: Pepperoni Pizza - growing up in an Italian family, I love my Pizza!

Favourite Book:
Taylah: The subtle art of not giving a ****
Nathan: Valentino Rossi: The Autobiography

Favourite Quote:
Taylah: "If you're wanting something you've never had, you must be willing to do something you've never done"
Nathan: "Don't wait for opportunity. Create it"

Why did you decide to become a personal trainer?
Taylah: I decided to become a PT when health and fitness turned into a passion rather than just a hobby
Nathan: I decided to become a PT after I finished school as I always loved health and fitness and wanted to help people achieve their goals

Favourite thing about Vision so far?
Taylah: My favourite thing is that everyday I get to walk into a friendly, positive and motivating environment, surrounded by so many great people
Nathan: My favourite thing about Vision so far has been getting to know the clients and starting to take sessions myself

What are you most looking forward to as a PT with Vision?
Taylah: 
Creating great friendships with all my clients, and providing them with the correct education they need in order to achieve every goal!
Nathan:  I'm most looking forward to having my own clients and helping them grow and achieve their goals. Seeing people reach their goals will be very rewarding

Favourite exercise or eating tip:
Taylah: 
Fuel your body like its a race car, it deserves optimal quality and quantity fuel to perform at its best!
Nathan: 70% of your result will be based on your nutrition. Fueling your body with the right foods is essential to achieving your goal
